Online Event – Use MVP to reduce cost of outcomes
Registration & Additional Information:
- Thursday 16 July 5:45pm – 7:45pm @AEST
- Co-hosted with Agile Brisbane & Lean Business Strategies
Use MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to reduce the cost of your outcomes.
Talk Summary
Agile projects are sometimes seen as more expensive than traditional projects due to the frequent delivery to production, and also the cost of frequently changing requirements. In addition to this, agile projects require a lot more involvement from the business which consumes additional resources.
The purpose of this workshop is to demonstrate that, through the elimination of waste, that these very things often significantly reduce the cost of the value that can be derived from the project.
The term Minimum Viable product (or MVP) has recently become overused to be synonymous with the “M” in MoSCoW. This workshop will also demonstrate that MVP is in fact a different concept. This talk will apply the principle of “Learning whilst doing” to demonstrate these principles through practical activities.
